About the ADLD Center

About Us

Our story, our mission, and why we exist.

Our Mission

To accelerate the development of treatments and a cure for Autosomal Dominant Leukodystrophy by connecting patients, researchers, and industry, and funding the science that moves the needle.

What We Do

The ADLD Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to one goal: ending Autosomal Dominant Leukodystrophy. We operate at the intersection of patient advocacy, clinical research, and industry partnership, accelerating every part of the pipeline that leads to a cure.
